Privacy & Acceptable Use
Purpose
This page describes how the Asianloop Staff Portal should be used and how we protect accounts and data.
Who May Use This Portal
Only authorized Asianloop personnel with valid @asian-loop.com accounts and portal approval.
Account & Authentication
- Your account is personal and must not be shared.
- Authentication uses your @asian-loop.com email and password (managed by Asianloop IT).
- Password resets are coordinated by IT for identity verification.
Data & Confidentiality
- Treat portal content as confidential (operational data, internal docs, project materials).
- Do not upload or transmit sensitive data to unapproved tools or personal storage.
- Comply with relevant standards (e.g., API/ISO/OIML) as applicable to your role.
Monitoring & Logs
We log limited security events (e.g., sign-ins, admin changes) to protect the system and users.
Acceptable Use
- Use the portal for legitimate business purposes only.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, probe, or disrupt the service.
- Do not share credentials or allow others to access your account.
Devices & Network
Keep your device/browser updated and secured. Avoid public/untrusted networks; sign out when done.
Incident Reporting
Email info@asian-loop.com if you suspect compromise or see unusual activity.
Enforcement
Policy breaches may result in access suspension, disciplinary action, and/or legal steps as appropriate.
